Why are some of your courses women only?
-
Sport England have reported there are 2 million fewer women than men regularly participating in sport and exercise.

-
Post my time as a Paddle UK #ShePaddles Ambassador, I wanted to continue to provide spaces that support women with building skills, knowledge, confidence & community on the water.

-
Having worked in the community sector supporting women, I've seen first-hand the need for a space that is accessible, comfortable, and safe.
-
By creating a space that respects cultural and religious needs, we can greatly enhance accessibility & diversity within the paddling community.
-
Giving women a much-needed opportunity to step away from daily responsibilities and enjoy the restorative benefits of blue spaces
