It has been an incredible journey!
I first tried SUP'ing nearly 9 years ago at the age of 46. And, since then, it has been a whirlwind of paddling adventures, #ShePaddles Ambassador, training, coaching, more paddling, filming for Paddle UK (Paddle Safer & Safety Awareness), shortlisted for awards & podcasts.
I have written articles for British Canoeing (now Paddle UK) and am a regular contributor to SUP Mag UK. Here you can read my interviews with inspiring women coaches, paddlers and Paddle UK #ShePaddles Ambassadors for SUPMag UK. Plus a new series of interviews for SUPMag UK will be published in 2025 - chatting with Paddles Up Training & Paddle Scotland women coach developers, national trainers, providers, academics and performance coaches.
Listen to me chatting with Simon at SUPFM, with Jo Moseley for her podcast The Joy of SUP.

I set up my business, Wotbikini Stand Up Paddleboarding and became a Paddle UK Delivery Partner in 2021. My aim? To introduce and support women build their paddling skills, knowledge, confidence & community on the water. And, I have met, coached, guided, tutored, learnt and laughed with the most amazing & inspiring women.

For the last two years, I have been delighted to work with the Canal & River Trust in Nottingham and South Leicestershire - leading on the water for their Wellbeing Programmes.

I am a British Canoeing Awarding Body (BCAB) Level 3 SUP Coach, SUP Sheltered Water Coach Tutor, Aspirant Sheltered Water Coach Assessor & Aspirant SUP Instructor Tutor.
