British Canoeing 'DISCOVER' is a fun sheltered ‘inland’ course for women (18 years plus) - the focus is on developing your paddling skills and knowledge on the water.
This one day course includes what to consider when looking at the weather forecast, water etiquette, self - rescue skills, assisting another paddler, equipment to carry, clothing throughout the seasons, understanding water levels and where to find paddling routes for your very own adventures. And of course lots of paddling, time to relax on the water and socialise too.
Each group is kept to a maximum of five women so you will receive lots of 1-1 support.
You will receive a British Canoeing DISCOVER Award & Paddle Safer Certificate.
Delivered in Beeston, Nottingham either on the Beeston/Nottingham Canal or the River Trent.

A voucher is valid for 12 months from the purchase date. Once you have purchased a voucher, it will be posted to you (Royal Mail - First Class - Receipt of Postage) within 7 days from point of purchase.
To redeem your voucher, please identify the date you would like to attend via the website and email, hello@wotbikinipaddleboarding.co.uk stating the date, time, and quote the code printed on your voucher. If this date/time is full, we will contact you to rearrange.
