The sessions are on a secluded & private lake at Holme Pierrepont Country Park.

Paddle Her Way is where you can ask questions, develop your paddling and have lots of fun on the water within a safe & supportive community of women.

Perhaps you are wanting to increase your confidence on and off the water? Wanting to find a technique to help you get back on your board?  Wanting a greater understanding of the paddle strokes we use to move your board effectively & efficiently?

Sarah Blues is a British Canoeing #ShePaddles & Red Ambassador & founder of #PaddleKitHerWay.  Known on social media as @plussizepaddler, Sarah's SUP journey made her realise being a size18 -20 was no barrier to participating in paddleboarding and that her body is strong & capable.

Talking to women,  Sarah realised that many also perceived their body shape and size as a big barrier too engaging  & enjoying sport.  And finding paddling kit that fitted wasn't just an issue for larger bodies but for all women.  From this, #PaddleKitHerWay was founded.

Each year, Sarah teams up with women SUP Coaches & Leaders from around the UK to provide 'four' Paddle Her Way events.  And we are thrilled to have her join us in Nottingham for the East Midlands 2023 event!
